New Bedrooms!!!

Daddy and Nana surprised the kids with "revamped" bedrooms, when we returned from Virginia! They worked hard over 24 hrs., to get them done in time...and they were rewarded w/ huge smiles from the kiddos' (and I :) Thank you!!!

A Visit w/ Cousins...

And as I write this, the kids and I don't want to leave Virginia :( We have had a fun filled time out here, with Isaac, Samuel, and Kristen. Hot summer days filled with the pool, parks, riding bikes, coloring, watching movies, picnic lunches, and playing with toys. If only we lived closer so this playtime could be weekly....sighhhh......
And the next time we get to seem them, there will be a new little addition to this pack of little blonde monkeys :) Kristen would show me when Baby Rife was active (i.e. when she'd feel a foot jab or BR's lil butt was sticking out)...and I have to wonder if it was mere coincidence that this often happened when we were at the pool or when BR's brothers and cousins were being crazy loud with their playing. (But don't worry, Krissy, she'll be a calm little thing from the start....hee! hee!)

swimming, swimming, swimming...and playing outside :) what more can a little kid ask for, when they visit Gma and Gpa?

Plus they have pretty flowers all around...which Avery says are "her flowers." Summertime fun in Indiana!

Family Reunion

We got together with Brian's Mom's side of the family last weekend, in Warsaw, IN...and it was a great summer day!
