Spending Time w/ Daddy

When Brian is out of town for work for a few days, we adjust accordingly. Do we like it when he's gone? No, but we deal. And we know he'll be home soon, so the kids and I look forward to that. However, when he returns...its another adjustment! For example, Bryton didn't want to go to CCD last night, because he wanted to hang out w/ his Dad. (Yes, he did go...but there were quite a few tears shed). And then this morning, the usual hustle and bustle before school routine was well under way...but Brian was here, so we enjoyed a hot breakfast, Brian helped hunt down a really cool show and tell item for school, and Bryton leisurely brushed his teeth('cause his Dad is big-into teeth brushing). Before I knew it, the bus was out front and Bryton wasn't ready to walk out the door! Oh well, adjustment quickly made, and Bryton got to have his Dad chauffeur him to school this morning :)
